Hipobuy Spreadsheet Cheat Sheet: A One-Page Reference You Can Actually Use
Most hipobuy spreadsheet guide articles are three thousand words of context. This one is the opposite - a tight, one-page cheat sheet. Rules, checklists, decision shortcuts. Print it, bookmark it, run it before every parcel.
Before you shop
- Set a parcel budget. Items + shipping + 10% buffer.
- Pick two tabs for this session. Not eight.
- Keep a separate shortlist in a note - do not add to cart.
- Avoid shopping in February (Chinese New Year) or late November (Black Friday congestion).
Reading a row
- Position - top-of-tab = reliable, deep-scroll = experimental.
- Reference brand - should be named clearly.
- Price band - target the middle, not the extremes.
- Row tags - fabric weight, embroidered vs printed, color options.
- Duplicates - compare up to three sellers for the same product.
Picking a size
- Shoes - measure your foot in cm, match the seller's cm chart.
- Tops - measure a piece you own and love, match cm.
- Pants - measure waist, inseam, hip, thigh, leg opening.
- Between two sizes - message the seller, it's quick.
Paying
- Default is "ship to warehouse" - leave as-is.
- Pay for one row at a time if you want cleaner tracking.
- Save the hipobuy order IDs somewhere - helpful later.
QC checklist (every item)
- Zoom in. All photos.
- Stitching - even, no loose threads.
- Logo - correct size and position.
- Hardware - zips move, buttons attached.
- Fabric - matches expected weight.
- Pair items - both sides identical (shoes, cuffs, sleeves).
Category-specific QC cues
- Shoes - shape, panel geometry, outsole glue, insoles identical. More in the sneaker break-in guide.
- Hoodies - fabric density, cuff and hem construction.
- Jackets - zip tracks, seam sealing, baffle regularity.
- Bags - zip movement, strap attachment, interior lining.
- Jerseys - number spacing, patch alignment.
Building a parcel
- Target 6-10 items per parcel.
- Mix: 1-2 anchors + 3-5 fillers.
- Anchors - sneakers, hoodies, jackets.
- Fillers - tees, caps, socks, belts.
- One pair of sneakers per parcel (volume).
- Avoid all-heavy or all-light parcels.
Picking a shipping line
- Mid-tier line almost always wins.
- Check the 2026 line annotations if the row has them.
- Insurance - yes for high-value parcels, skip for low.
- Faster line - worth it in Q4; less important in Q2.
Red flags - skip the row
- No reference brand listed.
- Only one row for a popular product (usually more exist).
- Listing photos look like campaign shots, not seller photos.
- Row deep in the tab with no reviews.
- Price far outside the usual range for similar items.
Green flags - good row
- Top portion of the tab.
- Reference brand named.
- Tags present (fabric weight, embroidery info).
- Multiple sellers list this product - you can compare.
- Thousands of recent sales in hipobuy.
- Real buyer photos available.
Decision shortcuts
- Which seller? Mid-priced duplicate.
- Which size? Measurement + seller chart.
- Which line? Mid-tier.
- Should I ship now? Only if 6+ items.
- Approve QC? If anything is off, reject.
- Keep the row for later? If above average, yes.
After the parcel arrives
- Open carefully, keep box intact for first week.
- Try everything on - sizing surprises happen.
- Wear-test one item at a time for the first few days.
- Note which sellers delivered well - repeat orders are easier when you remember.
Monthly ritual (ten minutes a week)
- Open the sheet.
- Browse one tab deeply.
- Add anything that catches your eye to your shortlist.
- Review the shortlist weekly.
- When it hits six to eight items, pay and start the parcel.
The one-sentence version
Shop top-of-tab, build a shortlist over weeks, batch 6-10 mixed items into a parcel, QC seriously, pick a mid-tier line, ship outside peak weeks. Everything else is tuning.
Keep it short
If this cheat sheet gets long again, trim it. The point of a one-pager is that you can read it quickly. For deeper reading, follow the related links below - but every reference here is self-contained enough that the cheat sheet alone works.
